TY Coeliac Cookbook being promoted at launch of Unglu-d Pop Up Shop

Kerrie Lloyd and Niamh McInerney, as part of their Transition Year Mini Company project, created a Coeliac cookbook and were asked to promote it at the Launch Party on Thursday 11th May, 2017 for the pop up shop Unglu-d that opened on South Williams Street in Dublin.

Unglu-d (Gluten Free Pop Up Shop) opened it’s doors on Monday 8th May for 7 days selling a whole range of exciting Irish Gluten Free brands. All proceeds raised will go to the Coeliac Society.

Kerrie, Niamh, Ms. Kathy McGlade and Aileen Makey, the founder of Unglu-d pop up shop at the launch party last Thursday 11th May. Aileen heard about their book through The Coeliac Society of Ireland and asked the girls if she could sell it in her shop on South William St, Dublin on their behalf.
